Campaign Story

My name is Barrah Temple and I have been conditionally admitted to study Sustainability Destination Development. I have been an OAP for over a decade and would want to take advantage of this opportunity to improve myself and develop my capacity. This is the second time I will be getting admitted to Uppsala University and the current situation in Nigeria and the unending industrial action have made me take this path; I don’t know what to expect but I hope I can get to pay my first semester fees. I have tried applying for several scholarships and loans but to no avail. Today 2nd May 2022 is my birthday and more than ever I am hungrier to become more, to become better…to make the world better for my two little girls and to make an impact, not just in Africa but globally.
